ABOUT US

OUR LABORATORY

 

We run a scientific laboratory in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (DEEE; DE^3), Chiba University, Japan. Our research field are physical phenomena and technologies mainly in the novel semiconductors including organic semiconductor, organic conductor, polymeric materials, oxide semiconductors, that is related to the semiconductor industries and additive/printed electronics.

You can find our laboratory on the 5th floor of the Integrated Research Building 2 in DE^3. The building is located approximately in the center of the Nishi-Chiba Campus of Chiba University, Japan.

Many students in our laboratory have been winning scholarship, and many alumni from our laboratory have won favorable treatment on scholarship repayment depending on their research productivity.

I never forget FY 2020! COVID-19 pandemic was quite against usual activities in our lab and all of us. FY 2020 graduate students made substantial efforts to overcome this difficult situation and finally won their degree! I learned many precious things from my students. So, I EVER NEVER forget this year.
