RESEARCHWORK
OUR PRESENT RESEARCH THEME
Presently we are conducting several research on novel types of semiconductors, thin film devices, and material physics, from basic science to industrial application.
Novel printed/additive/flexible electronics, with Xerographic printing processes
Carrier injection dynamics into thin semiconductor film in nanosecond time resolution + Device simulation, for understanding device physics
Electronics on curved surfaces + AI, to survey future industrial application of electronics on plastics
Strongly correlated materials and devices driven by novel principle, for the realization of a new type of device: phase transition field effect transistors
Material and device simulation with supercomputers and quantum computer simulators.
Development of high-frequency measurements for material and device physics.
. . . and we also have launched a new research project on electromagnetic propulsion and so on.
We are actively cultivating new research fields every year.
