OUR PRESENT RESEARCH THEME
Presently we are conducting several research on thin film devices and device physics, 3D flexible devices and physical AI systems, and development of measurement systems, from basic science to near industrial application.
Ultrafast observation of carrier injection dynamics into thin film devices in picosecond to millisecond time resion for understanding dynamical device physics.
3D flexible electronics + Physical AI, to survey future industrial application of flexible electronics.
Novel printed/additive/flexible electronics, with Xerographic printing processes.
Material and device simulation with supercomputers and quantum computer simulators.
Development of ultrafast and high-frequency measurement systems for device physics.
. . . and we also have launched a new research project on novel time-resolved electron spin resonance and so on.
We are actively cultivating new research fields every year.
